History 

The Crystal Coast Group is a component of Management Recruiters International. 

MRI, founded in 1965, is comprised of 1200 offices and over 5000 global search specialists. In 2000 MRI placed over 34,000 professionals and attained a sales volume of $600 million. The power of MRI, through one of its field offices, was recently leveraged to find over 1,000 sales people for Bristol Meyers / Squibb. 

The Crystal Coast Group was founded in 1996 when JD Liles, an MRI owner and manager since 1981, relocated to the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Our awards winning team is built on our spirit of cooperation and our reputation of delivering what clients and candidates want and need. In 2002 The Crystal Coast Group began its journey to become the preferred recruiting and placement resource in the consumer durables market.
